For the longest time, I was alive, but not living, educated but not using my degree. Through a series of dead end jobs, damaging relationships, addiction, and crippling depression, I came to a crossroads. Waiting at that crossroads was a gift from the universe, an angel, the love of my life. This amazing love looked beyond my shortcomings, my regrets, my anxiety, and my self destruction and saw a rabid desire to let the real me shine. With a little encouragement, some new found self confidence, a new place to call home, and a willingness to work hard, I have been given an opportunity through love to write my heart, express my soul, spin yarns of my existence, and illustrate my imagination. The simplicity of trying, has proven to be fruitful and I would like to try my lot here.
