Life goes fast.

Time

by Jodi Ann Anderson

Time
rushes

Powerful ocean waves gently push white sand
while a fushia and tangerine sunrise illuminate a hazy sky.
Soft hands wrap around a warm cup of steaming coffee,
watching rustic sandcastles being built by tiny hands, and flattened by rushing waters and toddler feet.
Immersed in glowing sunshine, with toes touching salty blue with closed eyes and faraway thoughts.
Peaceful evening faces peer at looming blood orange clouds and a mango moon.

Time
stands still.
Stops

So, I purposely used less punctuation to create a faster flow, showing how life flies by! I used just enough to make it make sense.
