Not My Motto
In Stella Crepitus
by Mark Jackson
Travil Starfarter had never farted out a star; but his great-great-grandfather’s, great-grandfather had.
That’s just how it goes, an ancestor does something extraordinary and you get stuck with it. An attribute name they called it, however unbefitting.
Travil wished his 4th great-grandfather had learned to keep his hand down in Star Force Academy. Keep your head down and do not draw attention to yourself.
Do not volunteer for anything was Travil’s motto, not In Stella Crepitus.
