NO HEAVEN OR HELL

Poetry Contest

Please IMAGINE (whether you're religious or not) there is no Heaven or Hell, as we think of them (blatantly good or evil), but there IS somewhere our souls go to after death.

Write a rhymed poem on this theme/experience.

No mention of Heaven, Hell, God, the Bible or the devil (or similar names).

THE ONLY AUTHOR NOTES ALLOWED ARE AS FOLLOWS (if you wish): 'This is purely a writing exercise, and I do strongly believe in God.' That's IT - nothing more or less.

Minimum 75 words
Maximum 175 words

Word count MUST be displayed in 'description' above Title - but nothing else may be included there.

ACCOMPANYING ARTWORK IS ALLOWED, BUT NOT IN THE MAIN BODY OF THE POEM.

PLAIN BLACK TYPE ON WHITE BACKGROUND - no word highlighting, italics, etc.

I know it's a difficult one, but why not stretch yourself?
