You've fought the good fight. This is a good description of coming out of depression. I have been at that dawn several times, each time I'm more amazed that I have survived as long as I have. Thanks so much. If you could ever meet the person I wrote this about, you would love her right away. She stays so positive in light of every adversity she goes through. She had her toe cut off, because of diabetes, she just smiled right through it. She is on dialysis daily for her kidneys that are shutting down, etc. etc. etc. and she just says, I am so happy to be alive!
When she mentioned that she had too much month left at the end of her money, I almost thought that was a negative statemment coming from her, because she never complains about anything! Amazing. I am proud to call her my friend, and learn, by watching her!

I like the twist of "living the dream". We work so hard, often to have everything go awry because of our health. It sounds as if she is maintaining a positive attitude which is healthy.
