For the review on Prickle by closetpoetjester
This is excellent and you chose such a different topic for a poem. Who woulda thought to write about a tumbleweed.
You made it very interesting and I enjoyed every movement. You kept the poem swiftly moving and kept it going. Poor thing getting snagged.
Happens to us humans too. We go round and round and then go pfft!!
Cute idea. Thanks for the read.

For the review on In Awe of Peacocks by Sally Law
What a lovely presentation this is! I rarely saw peacocks growing up in Brooklyn, but I had the opportunity to visit Kenya, and outside my room were peacocks showing off for the visitors.
Recently, I was visiting my cousins in Ft. Pierce, Florida and an entire street next to the Church was lined with Peacocks. Needless to say, I was totally bewitched.
Great job with this Haibun and Haiku. Loved it!

For the review on The Lawyer And His Demon by John Alvin1
Oh my. This really is a sad tale. I hope it isn't about anyone you know. Being in the war and then being a lawyer had to be stressful for poor Charles. I am so sorry to read that he had actually become a hobo and lived his life in such a horrid fashion.
It was a good story, well written, and truly very sad.
I hope you have a happier story after this one.
My best,

Thank you for the beautiful review and kind comments. I'm delighted to hear how this touched you so. God is clearly seen in these humble acts of love and servitude. Serving our love ones is an extension of Him. Sending you my best today and love and blessings in Christ,

For the review on The Gift of Life by Sally Law
I shivered with goosebumps when I read this. How great are your words of love?
I see the picture so clearly and know they hold much love in their hearts for each other. I've been there and seen the heartache of sickness. The caregiving necessary to take our love through the day and night is a blessing.
I lived there once and took your haibun to heart.
Thanks for this lovely share.
My best always,
Marie

For the review on Moments by royowen
This is great stuff to ponder. We should all consider the Now, Eternity and moments. They are all here for us to enjoy. As 'I AM' we should be present in all these wonderful days and nights we are surviving.
So many times we are caught up in our own busyness that we fail to enjoy each moment as a gift.
Thanks for reminding me, Roy. This is exceptional.

I was shocked to find the average salary is around $50,000 a year. Not anywhere nearly close to what truckers should be paid. I'd say more like $150,000 a year. I'm not sure many women, or men for that matter, could drive these huge triple-loaded semis though. It's not a job you can train for easily. In town and local deliveries yes, but not the mountain highways. Thank you so much always Marie for a superb review and the sixth star will go directly on the Christmas tree. Always appreciation to you. :))

What an excellent tribute this is for the truckers out there. We would never have believed we would suffer a shortage of men to carry out deliveries.
I see now on the news that women are starting to learn how to drive trucks to ease the deliveries of goods to us.
When our supply chain is affected, we all feel the crunch. It is time to respect and raise these truckers' salaries to prevent our economy from suffering anymore.
Thanks for this great poem.

For the review on Running Blind~Chapter 23 by Sally Law
Chapter 23 of the book Running Blind
This chapter certainly made me smile. I am so happy for Analiese that she is safe and in love. What a great catch this was for the good guys.
It was pleasant news to know that you are recovering and doing well in the hospital. Thanksgiving won't be the same, but Her loved ones will surround sally.
I enjoyed this chapter very much and look forward to the next.

For the review on The Family Tree - Kelly Forgets by Gloria ....
How incredibly wonderful this is. It should be considered literature for a children's book. The artistry is well defined with beautiful rhymes. I loved it all!
I can see that there is also a moral at the end of this delightful story and wise words to remember.
This is sensational and a great presentation.
So glad that you shared this.
