dashing stories: I refer to my e[-mail of a month ago where I sought clarification of my membership. I do not appear to have received any response thus far. This is becoming a vital issue to me as I await responses whilst my monthly subscriptions are paid faithfully each month. I currently receive no benefit at all from my subscriptions which I believe to be unethical at the very least.II am therefore now demanding that you READ my previous email, and action it immediately. Thank you GrantCole |

dashing stories: I am trying to discover why I cannot access 'contests' in Fan Story. I checked my membership details to discover that my membership expired in February 2020. However in August 2018 I took advantage of your offer of lifetime free entries by paying $9.95 per month for 30 payments. I have now made 22 payments with 8 remaining. The payments have been paid via PayPal. Receipts can be provided should you require them. I would therefore believe that as my payments are up to date I should be able to access all elements of Fan Story including 'contests'. At the moment when I attempt to enter a contest I am referred to making new subscription payments which I have already done. Could you please address this issue, and adjust my membership details so that I may enjoy full membership benefits.Kind regardsGrant Cole |

dashing stories: Attention: Tom I have done as you suggested and am now sending my enquiry from the source you suggested. My original problem still exists: I am being told that to enter competitions I have to upgrade my subscription but I maintain that I have already done so. I have paid $9.95 per month for 20 months with 10 payments to go before I obtain free lifetime access. I understand that these monthly payments give me access to Fan Story (including competitions) on a month-by-month basis as well. This was what the original enquiry was about, and is still about. As I have been trying to say from the beginning there is no login problem. Could you therefore resolve this matter immediately. Kind regards Grant Cole |
