PRKwriter: WRITERS BLOCK! i've got heaps of great competitons to enter - but i've got writers block! any ideas of how to get rid of it? |
||
reading the blubs on the backs of paperback novels in your favorite genres and/or reading the first lines of these novels. Might spark an idea. And then there are books out there with "Story Starters." Many are for kids, but I found one for adults. I think the title is: Story Starters. Look over the Fanstory contests and prompts for additional story ideas. - | ||

PRKwriter: I have always been intruiged by storytelling and poetry, even before i could write. when i was younger english wasn't my first language and it was hard for me to express my ideas in words. But every day i learn a new word and expand my vocabulary. Not only is it rewarding when you see that someone has liked my work enough to comment, writing is also such a fun thing to do! I aspire to be a published author when I am older, but for now i will write and learn every day and try to please all the wonderfully kind people who enjoy reading my work. Thank you all so much for your support! Regards, PRK |
