Shirley B: Did you watch the same game I did? :) Neither team is my favorite but this year will probably go down in history as the biggest yawner. Sorry. Congrats to the Seahawks! :)

allborn66: I enjoyed it almost as much as the 55 - 10 49er win over the Broncos. I was a 4-Whiner supporter back then.
Don't like the Broncos, don't like Elway.
And I do like a good defensive game.

Sloegin: Hi Barbara,
I haven't written anything in months. Just too busy wit work, golf, little league, etc.
I just re-read your critique of Rosewood Casket. It is the only one I saved. In fact it was the only one that made sense.
I don't expect to replace Hemmingway, I just want to complete a readable novel.
I posted a couple of chapters I had previously writte and I'm going to start on the story again.
I used some of your recommendation, and they fit in nicely. Thanks again.
Tom Collins (sloegin)
One man's take on life told thru humorous short stories from his childhood on into his mid-50's; from feeling like an outcast in school to being an adult. His intent: hope. Hope in that you shall see, no matter how rough life can seem -and is- at times, that you may be able to enjoy it. Each story will bring a laugh, a smile, a tear, a lesson.
The 23rd Annual Book Awards said:
"We Really Need To Laugh" shares “memories which will resonate with many readers. Overall a creative presentation of the author’s life given in a rather sing-song poetic story telling style; a pleasant read"
