You definitely have the twist, but I wonder if it could be called spooky, as required.

Hahaha. I like the twist in your limerick, and it just what that ghost deserved. Your rhyme scheme was great. I also appreciate the use of the word tart, it is one of those words that is starting to fade into oblivion, and it makes me happy to see it in use.

Well, I'd probably react in much the same way.
I guess a ghost passes as spooky.
And a fart passes as ghasssstly.
Seems to meet the criteria.
