Lovely poem, and I can't wait for spring! Today and tomorrow my area is getting a winter storm with a foot of snow predicted. UGH. Mark had hand surgery and can't shovel, so I called a guy listing shoveling service on Craigslist, and he's coming tomorrow after most of it falls.

Oh, how I wish we would get that snow. Poor Mark. I hope he's feeling all right. It's amazing how hampered we are with one hand. If it's my right, I can't do anything left-handed, but if it's my left, I do okay under the circumstances. Still, shoveling is a two-handed job.
I still like winter best.

Seems a challenging style/form to write but you did great in reflecting upon Spring's arrival; lovely verses and superb alliteration; thanks for sharing and good luck!

I've already planted some vegetables in my Grow Boxes. I posted a story about them last year. They are the greatest invention for planting. I'm already seeing sprouts and even picking tomatoes from a plant that has blossomed again.

Wow! That's great. I won't plant anything here until I'm sure of no more frost. We could still get some snow. I hope.

You always introduce me to so many different forms, Yvonne. I find this form difficult because of the shorter lines but you used them well as continuations of the previous lines. Amazed that you're seeing spring already!

We're not seeing Spring yet, and I'm in no hurry. I still like winter best. Thank you for this wonderful review.

Yvonne,
You did a great job with your tri-fall. The color scheme & picture are perfect for Spring.
I really like your rhyme scheme.
The 2nd verse is my favorite. I love how you included so many animals & their antics.
Your lines flow well with a great story & message.
Thanks for sharing. Jan

Comment from Gloria ....
Hey Yvonne, I very much enjoy the activity of the squirrels and cats and bees, all doing their thang in the search for some good eats.
A wonderfully written poem and most uplifting indeed.
Great job!

If only!
Winter is still here for too long! Another minute is too long for me, but four, five, six weeks more? Kill me now!! I'm not strong enough.

Hi Yvonne. What a nice poem. I do like this interesting form and you have done a great job with yours. Nicely rhymed and illustrated. We are all looking forward to spring. Marilyn
