Sometimes, just for the fun of it, I take a peek at the reviews. For me, this poem is the epitome of free verse, yet with the fluidity, alliteration and tone of the poetic. As I love the sea, this vision played such a lovely tune in my head, and I appreciated your vision climaxing with "a force of two became as one." Deserving of the win!!

Scenic account of a coast line, water gushing down a river to meet the sea, larger body retrieval of its lost moisture by sun. Welcome, home. Of course all in my opinion of this work.

This is a Free Verse Contest Entree rich in Theme and imagery.
It flowed well and read well with no grammar issues as well.
Adjective Content was aligned well with Objective Content and Descriptive Measures aligned perfectly.
