Excellent

We all dream of a world without hate, one not consumed by evil. The question is whether things will ever change. Those who suffer are powerless to make these changes and those who have the power, don't want things to change. I think a higher authority will have to do some rescuing. This should do well in the contest.

Author, I'm a little in the dark about this format works, but from what I can tell you have met the requirements. I believe the main battle facing humanity right now is the war between lies and truth.
