According to the Rose anthology the color of the Rose has many deep meanings a dark Rose such as purple and blue or a flower means death white such as baby's breath and a white rose means life yellow and pink both mean basically the same thing friendship wow the red rose has many many more a dozen red roses record record recognizes a holiday such as an anniversary or a birthday or just any special occasion from one lover to another a single red rose given means love love Anna pure but not the purest forms while two red roses according to my thoughts intertwined mean the truest form of love which exist below as well as well as above to be given at a time when somebody is so so very special to you I've done that and I've also done it with a beautiful poem give it to your wife give it to your mother give it to your sister on a very very special time or occasion thanks dr.
