When I play poker with my friends, if I win or lose not a huge amount, I feel pretty good either way. However, winning... is just a little better. Good luck in the Senryu contest.

My son-in-law told my grand daughter on sports day that it is not the taking part but the winning that matters! I laughed but she went on to win 3 out of the 4 races she ran in! So winning definitely is the motivation! Resonating words here, love Dolly x
