I think we all have regrets, and though they are things we can be sorry about, I tend to think we just need to let go of the things we didn't get to do - they are part of 'ago,'

I don't know if this is fiction or real, but the writer or character has to block the past out of her mind and move on. You have to live on and stop driving yourself batty over past mistakes. You have certainly met the contest sorry requirements and you poem is a good way to let your feelings out and have a good purge. i know you feel sorry for many things and have obviously been through a lot of sad times but look at all the good things in your life and just move forward.
