Excellent

Great use of symbolism and allusion here! I think that certain Twitter messages are endangering any hope of peace. (the dove of peace in the shadow). I really like the second part but I would change the "cant" to "can't" and the "curbs" to "curb" so that it reads:
Twitter can't
curb diplomacy's
mood music
