This was good except for the potshots at President Trump. People are calling this the worst mass murder in American history. Have they forgotten about the Twin Towers?

A very well-written summary of the Las Vegas massacre. A deed that no one can really explain or understand. It seems the devil gas reign over the world today and many people are deceited to do horrific actions.

Hello my friend who knows why people commit such terrible crimes we could all make up excuses and cover up for him but whatever the reason doesn't change the fact that he was wrong well-done regards Jill

I am stunned by this massacre. There are so many questions to be answered and as a society, we cannot come to any answers regarding gun laws. I feel so bad for the victims and their families.

It is indeed a tragedy. I am just thankful none of my family were there. We did have a friend that was there. She is fine. I have three grandson's and their children who live in Las Vegas, however, they are not country western fans. This is frightening because it is going to start a rash of such killings. It always happens that way. Nancy

Good article. In my opinion, he was a psychopath. Psychopaths have no empathy. To speculate, something had gone wrong in his life. What? we don't know. And of course the issue of weapons. Here in Europe, weapons are forbidden and yet, many crimes are committed with illegal weapons. On the other side, many crimes are committed by using Knives, and many victims died being stabbed. But selling weapons to people indiscriminately cannot be normal.

Hello, Robina,

I hope you are fine. This is just our latest shooting -- the worst in modern history of US.

I found some typos, make sure you do your own research, cause editors could be wrong, too:
The man visited the casino's in Vegas frequently, just for games all thought (check comma usage). When the police searched his house just a bit away from Las Vegas, they found very (don't need 'very') many guns. Automatic weapons too (connect these two because the last is a fragment). Robert just read in one paper, that he might have modified the weapons as they are illegal in the States (not all semis are illegal, I wish they were, but all the silly gun lovers protest way too loud).

This was very sad and disgusting. I wish, and I do not condone suicide, that he could have just killed himself and left all the other people alone.)
Take care

So many people are losing loved ones every day to this type of nonsensical violence. I can't see a time in my lifetime that it will change. I think guns are wrong, but then I'm English and here they are illegal. Great piece of writing here, Ine Well done. :) sandra xx

Thank you for also presenting this topic in this prose piece. I liked your additional paragraphs at the conclusion about what could possibly have motivated the perpetrator, and also pointing out how many in the community in Las Vegas responded in a very supportive manner. Peace- Joan

Americans believe in owning a gun is a God-given right. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. There is very good imagery.
