It sounds perfect. I can feel the rhythms in the flow of words like a melody. There is also a connection build up with the plaque on Keats grave. Interesting indeed. I think you did perfect on writing the Acrostic. This kind of poetry sounds good, but it seems especial complicated to write.

This acrostic poem, SHELLEY, is a nice memorial to the great romantic poet. I think most artists feel they won't be remembered past their deaths. You and I will remember them.

What a devastating loss and what a fine tribute, ode, and elegy for a poet who inspired millions. Your acrostic structure is natural and takes a secondary role to your deep, heartfelt message of love, loss, and appreciation of your inspiration. Such lines like these ring:
Life fled and left you to flounder beneath
Lerici's tides until you felt Death's sting.
An added bonus to your poem which I just noticed now was your A-B-B-A-C-C-C rhyme scheme, creating a melodious read.
It is easy to believe that a man who died so young and so talented caused you to be:
Yoked to your songs which through the ages ring!
