This is a beautiful spiritual poem. Your poetry speaks like a real closeness to God, more like - love letters to God, nothing naughty or inappropriate but a reverence. I've often said that each time that I write my spiritual poetry it has reveal my appreciation, closeness, deep understanding and desire to serve Him. Yours does this. This is a wonderful poem.

I thought this was a nicely constructed poem. The imagery was very nice. I particularly liked the "velvet indigo".
My favorite stanza was the third stanza. I liked the contrast between the bird's song and your silence.
The second stanza was my least favorite. The rhyme seemed a little stretched and the last two sentences seemed just a little off.

I certainly hope to learn and have already. I still have a great deal to learn about the particular aspects of the site regarding reviewing. The star system seems to have little value. But I am appreciate the welcome and hope I don't make too many serious blunders while learning my way around...

This was extremely romantic, moving and classical. Loved your rhymester, meter and cadence. I love the moon poems and this one doesn't disappoint.
