Hello,
I find that a Nonet is hard to write, but I suck when it comes to structure and syllable count in poetry.
Great rhythm and alliteration, and I had fun reading it. Indeed, pick your F words widely :)

A very clever nonet, my friend. We should choose all of our words wisely. This is a very cute entry. Best wishes to you in the contest~Debbie

Excellent "f" would choices throughout this humorous nonet poem. I loved the fish story of Fido's food. Excellent alliteration and very creative and fun.

Well don and good luck in the contest.

Blessings
Janet

Mark, oh,yes, this is so full of humor like you said. I loved it. You definitely chose your F words very wisely. LOL. The Nonet is a very difficult style to write in and then doing it with all the F words was quite an accomplishment. Thanks for sharing this with us. Gramalot8

This is a novel approach to to the nonet, alliteration gon mad one could say, Looking at the specimen of funky fish in the artwork one is not surprised that Freddy fears Fido's food. That is one big mouthful of teeth.

Enjoyed your pooch poem. Some people say happiness starts with a wet nose and ends with a tail. Yes, the journey of life is sweeter when traveled with a door. Wishing you the best.

Well, that's different and very well done. It's got a nice rhythm to it and could be rap song but there's none of the one F-word that's needed. I hate it when your food scares the crap out of you. The picture is terrific!

Good luck in the contest!

Have a great day and God bless.

Feverously or feverishly? No matter. A nonet starting every flippin' word with an eff.
Impressing. Fido, of course, buries each fish for a few days to ripen before eating it.

"F words rated g'" is a well-written and entertaining piece. Fido must be related to the hounds from Hell. This talented poet's work was a delight to both read and review. Keep writing!
