Oh! Teri, you and your niece and family certainly have my prayers, passion, and thanks for sharing the pain and confusion of such agony. What painful agony of our separation, isolation in unique journeys and destinies, all increased in the rapidity of change and decline of our world of mankind, whilst we have no Vision in the Living Words of God today, or global leaders to inspire our human maturity, co-creative harvest and a new spring for all. i think many young and old are sadly falling off the Wayside!
An extra special prayer for you, your prayers in the light of that special gift I like to focus anew into my changing, particular views and prayer: God grant me the sincerity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to empower the highest potential I can, and the wisdom and love to expand in understanding and compassion on Christ's Way.

Well, I for one don't do facebook. I think it's a load of rubbish and I don't trust it, so that's an easy choice. I don't have the faith you do, but when we meet adversary we have to stat strong. So that's what I hope you can do. All the best. Ulla:)))

I am so sorry you are going through this. It's only one of the reasons I don't do facebook. I just don't want that window into people's lives. It's a bit too personal, for me. I like the old time, over-the-fence stuff - I guess I'm old fashioned. Facebook puts EVERYthing in your face.
But here's the thing. You have to trust that alllllll will work out in time. Give God His space to work. You are not the king of all things and the word master. GOD is. So when you 'fail' at saying or doing the right thing - it's because that's NOT your job. She's in the clutches of Satan's minions right now. The things they whisper are louder and more exciting that anything you can say.
Just be patient. Just stay on your knees about her. Tell your friends and family about her and let her know you're praying. GOD will work in her life -- IF that is the plan. Let go and let God. That's the best advice I can give you. Hope it helps.

The only answers I ever had when I prayed is no
I guess God has bigger problems than to bother with me
I will just go on trying to do the right thing and hope that someone lets him know I did the best that I could

My friend I am sure he answered some the way you wanted as long as they lined up with His word. Don't feel bad but I had to fix me and live like He wanted me to. We all have folks in our lives that cause us worry and pain at times. I see these as little tests to see how we are progressing in our own spiritual journey. You made a point about having enough trouble nurturing your own faith and THAT is what you should focus on. The only actions you are accountable for are your own. Pray for those who need help or guidance - YES; allow their issues to invade your own sacred space - NO! Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.
