Really clever and filled with humour and reality.
Time changes make me crazy. Daylight savings changes back to regular time and I don't know when to get up or go to bed... LOL. You captured the essence of time and its quirks nicely.

An interesting tale about something that no one would expect and seems very logical after the fact. It's kind of funny how much we depend on simple technology to know everything. But, perhaps it does.

Such a great adaptation for the sonnet form! Time is everything in understanding life ...knowing that there is only the Present, the Now! But...a trip to the future in our "ego" world where all is a fraud, ... I totally enjoyed. I like the rhyme ...much of it pure, a great love of mine! Just one thing...and b/c I have been told the same thing about my rhythm...only in one tiny place here..."quickly lost his smile." Would it be better to change this ...and this is just totally a suggestion, to redo the 3rd and 4th lines. Somehow, for me, it throws the rhythm. However it's merely a thought. I love it the way it is! I truly enjoyed! Blessings!

Like how you include humor in your poem about traveling through time. Makes me mindful of the old saying, We get what we pay for." One certainly has to be mindful of what they say while traveling these days.

Oh, so clever, & yes, hijacking an airplane, which I think the captain thought, could get anyone put in a jail cell .. And getting a cheap iPhone to rely on & changing time zones can sometimes really mess up people's day.....My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this read.

This is very funny. Air travel can hold a lot of panic these days and one can't be too careful in what he/she says and does. Not a good time to be misunderstood, intoxicated or upset.
