I like:
the message of your poem
the image--perfect for your words
the way you used the flower to represent humans
the desire to be something
the idea to never give up
I would change nothing.
Good job.

Hello Loanna, this is my second visit to your poem, I really like it and consider very good. Your idea of the late blooming flower is a good strong message, especially to your friend! I was thinking good could become excellent with just a couple small changes in keeping with the overall rhythm. Try leaving out the word then in stanza 3, in your last stanza insert because before someone. Nice poem!

We can all take a lesson from the little flower. I have just had the talk with myself of recent. I have found that I am a lot happier now and am enjoying life much more. So heads up and let the sun shine on each and everyone!

Yes, it does make a rather good pep talk on the virtue of waiting.
The meter is a little uneven, but the poem still flows quite nicely and the metaphor of the shy flower works well.
So never give up if you've yet to be found.
Someone is looking for you.

We learn best when we realize that what we tell others we do not simply follow ourselves
The poem is simply written well with rhymes & in good meter, humorous in some sentences, light, lively, & light-hearted, throughout. A delight to read. The personification of the flower allows us to see & to hear the possibilities awaiting for us too.

Good verse about a flower. Understood it.
THE FLOWER THAT BLOOMS IN THE FALL
NEVER ASKED TO BE CHOSEN AT ALL
SHE SIMPLY DELIGHTED IN TAKING HER TIME
FOR PATIENCE WAS ALWAYS HER CALL

What a very beautiful story told in absolutely marvelous poetic fashion and perfect rhyming. Loved everything about this one. Truly deserves a 6 but alas I'm all out.

When a relationship falters, release it and start anew. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read.

Hi Loanna, I enjoyed reading your philosophical poem about patience , using the late blooming flowers as a metaphor They say patience is a virtue and I do agree, and I also agree with you saying that you took your own advice, this is something we all could do.
Well done
Mary
