I like this very much, even though I'm not familiar with the Moanin" song. I am about to go look it up though, and listen. I enjoyed your jazzy poem that much. Very clever and bouncy and cute. Thanks for the new exposure I'm about to experience. :p

Did you like the song, "Moanin'?"

This would sound much better if voiced to a melody, I'm sure. The photo fits very well with the sentiment of the words, which I don't understand completely.
"Piano me down
Cymbals don' frown
Who's that fellow
a walkin' my cello?"
Your best line. Since I don't really understand your style, I'll not review any more of your postings. Good Luck.

Yah! Get it boy! You got my toes tappin' My head is bobbin' up and down and I'm about ready to go to town. This poem really takes off and now my hat is off to you as this is an accomplishment not easily done. Congratulations.

I'm not all that familiar with jazz, but this seems to reflect the essence of how it sounds. Ba ba ba bounce around girl made me hear someone blasting the notes of a saxophone. Well done. Hugs, Lou

The artwork takes in the subjects of the poem. I guess the poem could be about a cat moving from place to place not caring about what its on. But it also about a girl friend and a trip to a jazz joint.
I don't know "Moanin" but it does sound like jazz scat singing.
Keep writing
