Life's cycle an alluring, thought provoking piece. I love the tree representing time old wisdom such a great choice for your work.
Beautiful and prophetic as it too must die to be reborn again

I am one
with nature
one with
God
and one
with the universe // wouldn't it sound better without "and" in "and one with the universe"?
very good poem, i almost gave it 6, but the end was a bit off for me. i loved the structure and your images, teh sound of it as such. very well written!

We are born to die, each and every living thing. I loved this beautifully expressed poem of the cycle of life. It describes infinity very well. Good job, poet.

There is something fascinating about cycles, especially the huge and perpetual ones we see in many aspects of nature.
Here you even give it a spiritual angle:
I am one
with nature
one with
God
and one
with the universe

Reading this, I have a real sense on the tree as part of the landscape, blending in with nature and all of nature's rich gifts, the birds, grass, sunshine and clouds. It is a beautiful piece and I enjoyed it, Giddy

I admired your free verse and its visual format, set off by the accompanying picture. I enjoyed your vivid images and cycle of life. "I am/ the horizon/ where earth touches infinity" is quite evocative. Cheers- Joan, from Costa Rica

To TAB_that's me,
The sun is a star that is the center of attraction and is the main source for radiating energy.
My favorite part:
I am one
with nature
one with
God
and one
with the universe
Just where would we be without warmth to our bodies and home.

am I wrong or was this about leaves. I liked the freestyle format. Nice imagery and characterization of the one. The flow and the emotion was uplifting and upbeat. Nicely done.

It is about spiritually and that we are all one with everything that God created. Thanks for the great review:)

Well put. We are all one in this large universe. I like the format of your poem, the journey through life and then at the end, staring all over. I'm stepping outside now to do my stretching and get in touch with nature.

I'm glad you got the depth of this poem. That last review I read thought it was about leaves - lol. Thanks so much for the review:)
