Hi, Brooke,:-)
"Each Blade of Grass" is an exceptionally beautiful poem conveying the essence of a colorful flower garden with all the senses. Its figurative language is excellent conveying the concrete atmosphere of these different flowers. I resonate to the meter and rhyme of the is poetry.

Now, you are back with your Sawyer poems and the positive message rings true, extending to the readers, as we bask in the glory of colors, of the flowers you wonderfully describe in poetic lines. Thanks again for your gift and sharing it with us.

I enjoy your description which goes very well with your poem. I also love how you describe the blooming of Spring and the beauty of nature.

It is a wonderful time of the year, Easter. They, these flowers have beautiful finery. I enjoyed the poem. It is well written.

I see Sawyer has become a bunny for Easter. This is a cute picture of him.

Sadly we don't get Easter flowed growing here, its still a bit frozen. This is lovely and a colorful delight.

A glorious Easter poem in perfect rhyming quatrains 8/6/8/6. Full of colour and the flower display enhances your poem. An added treat - the Easter bunny!!! Good personification in your final stanza. A lovely read. Regards Dorothy ps bold colours for Sawyer to learn - well done!

All plants have that goal to reach due to tropism, for a plant, a slow-motion leap to the light. Crayons sure is creative with color names- who the heck came up with periwinkle? Engleburt Humperdink?

There are even flowers called periwinkles - it is one of those words that just sounds so cool. LOL Thanks so much, ravenblack :-) Brooke
