The author speaks of a sad event in the life of the victims of a crazy bomb blast where many innocent lives were wasted, and the parents in denial, and cannot accept that their kids were gone. The lines in the two stanzas reflect this message, though the rhythm suffers a bit, and needs tweaking, the message compensated for it. If this is a 5-7-5 syllabic count, it may need a little editing. I like the message however.
