I love Gracie. You brought the action and I could see all her moves. Very good chapter and one that could probably be expanded with Gracie's character. She needs more publicity. LOL

What a bueatiful description of the dog. This is well written. The dog is just as much of a character as the humans. All the characters seem to have been developed well. There is tension in all the actions. It seems Special Agent Stein and Gracie will make a good team

I'm a first time reader and I enjoyed the chapter. Especially the training of Amazing Grace. K9 units fascinate me, I guess because I like dog. Good tight writing with natural dialogue.

This is an outstanding chapter. It has great dialog, suspense about Gracie's ability to adapt to a new handler. and wonderful visual imagery. It was easy for me to visualize what Gracie looked like.
I do think it is good enough to be a stand alone chapter. I picked up the action quickly, although I have not read any of this book in the past.
I found no SPAG and enough interest to make me want to learn more.

Ah, Barb, sometimes I feel bad making them seem so mean. Dobies are huge lapdogs who want nothing more than to climb upon you lap and love you to death. On the other hand, if stuff is getting rough, they're the best! So appreciate your support and kind words! Gayle

Watch the 'her's here, Gayle. There were a couple times I actually ALMOST cut and pasted a line or two, but then left it. Reread with that in mind and see if you think you can weed out a couple.
