God sees me naked and exposed,
without a mask as my abode.
And yet He loves me as I am,
His dearest child, His special lamb.
I know I'll never look so good,
as when I'm covered by Christ's blood;
this world will measure me by feet,
and say I don't dance to the beat.
Yet as a parent sees a child,
I know I'll never be reviled.
So I can stand those mocking taunts,
I'll not be moved by what pride flaunts.
Which one of you can love his foe,
and with that love stem taunting's flow.
His love He gives without regret,
because in Him love's shadow's set.

Author Notes
The last two days have been trying to say the least. I go to the only refuge that I know I won't be rejected.
Matthew 11:28-30 "Come unto me, all of you who are weary a and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and burden is light." NIV
