What is Love? Hummm! It's living, giving, and unselfishly
sharing with one another, the beautiful creations of God,
walking the pathway to happiness.
Love's God's way of waking us from the sad dreams of
yesterday, wiping tears from our eyes, and teaching
us happy songs for our tomorrows.
Love is watching a mother smile, holding her child, while
kissing away its cries! It's hearing her say; "goo goo goo,
I love you," then thanking God for His gift.
Love is seeing the little children, as they all race to the tree
on Christmas morning, with smiles longer than miles
on their little faces.
Love is watching little baby ducks, as they waddle behind
mama duck, along the lake at the park, as she fights
off the hungry crows.
Love is seeing baby deer, feeding near, and slow falling
rain. Awaking from a dream of fishing in a stream,
catching Speckled Mountain Trout.
Love is seeing autumn leaves fall from the trees, spiraling
in the breeze, then walking on the ground, as
little squirrels scamper for nuts.
Love is drinking coffee from our cups, feeding little fuzzy
pups, wagging hellos with their tails. Listening
to baby birds chirp in their nest.
Love is sharing hugs, singing happy songs with friends,
and yet, above all others, love is loving one another.
That's what love is!
