Right down to the last detail
As if you'd already heard
I felt a true connection

A bonding of spirit

We shared memories
They made us laugh and cry
We were on the same wave length
Funny, but I wasn't questioning myself why
Time may have been a separation
Between you and me
But time seemed to have stood still
When it came to our destiny

For you to teach me how to trust
