In this life we live, when we look in the mirror, sometimes we will feel like we are not pretty or handsome. I think part of that comes from not loving ourselves. The mirror is a tool of Satan and He will use our reflection to lie to us. So I would challenge all of us to look in the mirror each day and say, "_____ I love you." Do this everyday until we can truly say that phrase, mean it while having a smile on our face. I had a counselor who gave this challenge to me and I was able to do it in about 20 days. So if we do not see ourselves as pretty or handsome , it is my I hope we will take the challenge. Our God loves us and He made us into vessels that He loves.  He wants us to love ourselves as well, so we will be able to love others with the same kind of love that God has for us. -Patricia Lawrence 7-17-17 Recognized Author Notes Where you see the line_________ insert you own name. It it troubling to me that any would feel as though they are not pretty or handsome. So it is my challenge to all to get to where we love ourselves. This was written because someone who means a lot to me, a family member, said she looks in the mirror and thinks she is not pretty. But, pretty is more than what is on the outside, it is what is in our hearts.
