Author Notes

A "haiga" is simply a haiku that has been superimposed over a picture or meant to be displayed with a picture so that the two together are a piece. The words should still stand alone, but the artist is intentionally using the artwork to enhance the words and vice versa.

Plus it sounds fancier. LOL! It's common, not a big deal. A haiku with a picture really.
