Oh, you playground for spirited seniors
You provide we ancient ones with opportunities to
Rekindle competitive visions of our youth
Though, we are getting longer and longer in the tooth
You're a realm where we can still do battle for glory or
Just be satisfied with a friendly space for us old coots
Though you yourself are an elder bowling venue
By the way, thanks for the special food menu
Even though our balls return slowly
No need to feel lowly
We seniors feel at right at home
Really, there is no reason for apologies
We accept your worn-out technologies
For we too have seen our youth fade away
Like you, we find it hard to keep creeping age at bay
We appreciate the opening of your doors
Welcoming our primeval teams of four, in spite of
Our muscular foibles and trickling drool
Indeed, you are an extraordinary place for
We senior, bowling fools
