I have a person in my life that I admire
Love
Treasure.
I can talk to her about anything.
I can disagree
It doesn't matter
She likes me
Like is different than love.
She likes the fact I won't change my opinion
to suit my husband.
She likes when she can share her life without any judgement from me.
She laughs with me.
She helps me constantly.
Volunteers at my work.
Recognizes my weaknesses.
Accepts me as I am.
If I could write her life story, millions would read it.
She would never believe the world would want to know.
She thinks she is a normal, everyday person.
Yet, her stories are fascinating, loving, terrible, immersed with truth.
If I could give her a lasting gift, I would tell her this.
You more than mattered in this world.
You changed this world.
