A danger lurks around our house It's not a mouse. I wish away on every day. It scares us both so very much We're out of touch, with the real things, It really stings A vampire's surely possible They're horrible They want our blood I hear a thud. The Minute Poem is rhyming verse form consisting of 12 lines of 60 syllables written in strict iambic meter. The poem is formatted into 3 stanzas of 8,4,4,4; 8,4,4,4; 8,4,4,4 syllables. The rhyme scheme is as follows: aabb, ccdd, eeff
