WITH THE WILL TO FLY With the will to fly, I set my course I head toward the sun With the will to fly, I feel the force And this life, I'll never shun I am a seabird of the sun I fly this orange hue I fly this sea, till day is done Take in this ocean view I spread my wings and fly this space These vast horizon seas I see things, that I embrace That are always there to please I am a seabird of the sun With this will to fly Silhouetted in this morning run Across this orange sky Wings outstretched, I love to glide Heading for uncharted ocean High above, all land and tide In joyous endless motion I am a seabird of the sun My destination with the breeze A solitary flight of gliding fun I am seabird; so easy to please! dip Recognized Author Notes Inspired by this beautiful image above, I wrote those words Hope you like it dip I have reworked this poem and feel it now has a stronger finish and an extra verse.
