Little old lady driving slow,
Young man hits his brakes,
Lays on his horn, and goes around,
"Get the hell out of my way!"
He doesn't care where she's going,
Or the kind of day she's had,
Road rage just takes over,
Her driving has made him mad.
She wishes she could tell him,
Explain her frame of mind,
Surely if he understood,
He would be more kind.
Fifty years of marriage,
But now she's all alone,
She couldn't stay at the hospital,
But she didn't want to go home.
Remember, next time someone runs a red, or if they drive too slow...
They might not be a bad driver, just trying hard to cope.
