A poet is a… painter whose brushstrokes never touch canvas; a songwriter who staves off urges to sing (publicly anyway); and, a latent manic-obsessive-depressive-compulsive-thinker who over-analyzes everything while still managing to be an insufferable chatterbox, always using fifty words when one is quite adequate! (...dreamer!)   Writing Prompt Here is a chance to tell it as it is (ish!) Pick an occupation or a hobby and tell us what it's really all about in a HUMOUROUS way. Max word count = 50 words. Please see inside for an example. Recognized Author Notes "Dreamer" is the one word that is quite adequate, instead of the fifty I used! ;) 50 words in total. Stave off - put something off. Stave - five-lined musical staff upon which notes are written.
