Sometimes the way seems steep;
Winding paths go deep
To places we've never been;
Right paths are hard to be seen.
He is the Way, the Truth, the Life;
Our guide in times of strife.
Prayer takes us one faith step at a time
To where His light can shine.
Praise and worship of our God and King
Helps to bring the Spirit in and
Lead us to the light
That shines on His glory and might.
He listens to us, when we pray
Then helps us find a better way.
Glory be to our God who reigns
And leads us up to higher plains.
