Bill and Bob were fishermen,
As keen as keen could be;
Every weekend, with their rods,
They'd head off out to sea.
Last week they found the perfect spot,
An angler's paradise.
"So many fish, said Bob to Bill,
"I can't believe my eyes!"
"We'll have to mark the place," said Bill,
And Bob agreed they should.
Then home the happy duo went;
They'd never felt so good.
Another working week passed by;
Our friends set forth once more.
Said Bill to Bob, 'We'll have to find
That spot we fished before."
Then confidently Bob replied,
"I took a careful note
And marked the site exactly
On the bottom of the boat."
"You fool!" cried Bill, I can't believe
You'd think that was okay!
Don't you remember that we brought
The other boat today?!"

This reminds me of the man who sat dangling his fishing line into a small bucket. When a passerby sarcastically asked, "How many have you caught today?" he replied, "You are the 25th so far!"
