The Moors by PoeticXscape

I never got to see the moors properly.
But the boggy grass did stop me.
It was like a waterbed in places.
Though it made no visible traces.

I travelled the path laid before me.
Most of the wildlife ignored me.
Except a crowd that gathered in confusion.
They soon departed with little intrusion.

One side was scenic while the other was mostly the same.
Nevertheless, it all respectively came.
In return, I respected it equally.
And we became friends indefinitely.

Author Notes
Earlier this year I visited the Yorkshire moors(Bronte country) for the first time. Not the best weather but still enjoyable.
