The sun does set and the moon does rise. He dons his hat, pulls on his coat; booted feet know this path well. The steps climb steadily right up to the top and there he’ll stop. Foolish man on a hill. Writing Prompt Write a nonet poem. It's a simple format. A nonet has nine lines. The first line has nine syllables, the second line eight syllables, the third line seven syllables, etc... until line nine that finishes with just one syllable.
