This is the fourth consecutive day our thirty-foot white pines have been bent and twisted with some of their tops touching the ground as well as many shorter trees and bushes sustainng ice-laden wounds. The storm's strength is slowly diminishing. So far, the evergreens are still standing...

Write an ABC poem
Write about anything using this format. An ABC poem usually only has one stanza. But we are keeping the format open. You can submit a traditional ABC poem, or you can include additional stanzas. If you include additional stanzas, they must follow the ABC format, but not necessarily the same starting letters...
