Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
A free verse/Sonnet-like poem.

My desk is never tidy.

by robina1978

My desk is never tidy
If you ask me something
I can't tell you why
It is more than nothing

Do I like to tidy it
I don't think so
Maybe bit by bit
I honestly don't know

Who helps me with this horrible task
It is so big, that hardly anybody can
But anybody can ask to wear a mask
Just if you can try and be a man

But if you know nothing
and can't do much
you can start sighing
Don't ever touch (me)

Now I clean (including the desk) the house,
And I'm silent as any mouse.
