Miracle Walk-in
by fayesh
I believe in angels. One came for an eye exam. As I prepared her bill, she mentioned her financial hardships. I told her to take her prescription to an internet site that offered discounts. She shook my hand and asked, “Have you been sick?”
“Why yes, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.”
She replied, “You’ll be fine.”
Weeks later, my oncologist saw no evidence of any cancer. He couldn’t explain it, but I knew.
