A Tragic Satyric Comedy

they say
if you dry a man's
heart
on a stone slab
'neath the smiling sun
on a cloudless summer day
it still makes a poor
substitute for flour--
your bread will have
a coppery taste

there are some
bitches
that relish the savory
over the sweet ...
they are comics
by avocation

eye of newt
poked fresh
while watching ...

scrotal dust
from an oversized purse
glitter lipstick
directly from the tube
in irony staining
it whore red

not a potion
just vindictiveness
for the sake of it

hey sailor
is that a sextant in your pocket
or am I kicking you
to the curb?

do you blame me for
falling in love--

my brain was throbbing

Ever have a chick seduce you just to amuse herself and then you fall madly in love with her and make a fool out of yourself 'cause she wasn't serious and ... naw, me neither. :))
