My Pledge Of Love

I love to hear Lauryn Hill sing
A love song like the "Sweetest Thing"
"The sweetest thing I've ever known."
"Like the kiss on the collarbone"

This kind of music makes me feel
That my emotions are for real
You are the sunshine of my life
So glad that you became my wife

No more lonely nights do I know
You give me love that thrills me so
My days and nights are filled with joy
You are my girl and I'm your boy

Some things I feel, I can't explain
That I love you, should be so plain
By your side, I will always stand
I proudly wear my wedding band
