(Over fourteen, years, ago)
"On November 26th, 2003...
"Started out normal enough?"
...
"As I returned home from a hard day of work...
(Managing a local supermarket on Long Beach Island near my home)
"In Manahawkin, New Jersey...
"The first thing I noticed that evening coming home was the lights out in the house?"
'Which was not normal?"
...
"The second thing was the light was out in the kitchen?"
"Which also, was not normal?"

"You see, normally she was out there in the kitchen preparing the nightly dinner."
"But I did notice the light on in our bedroom?"

"Upon entering, she was lying in the bed."
"And, I asked...
"What's wrong?"
"And, she said...
"She was not sure and she felt clammy to the touch?"

"So, at that point, I decided to take her to the local Pathmart...
(About a mile-and-a-half from my home)

"And, the results came back that her BP."
(Systolic and diastolic)
"Were both half the normal reading?"
"Which was strange?" and had me very concerned and upset."

"At that point, I said...
"I'm going to take you to the hospital."
"To let them run a couple tests...
"To make sure you're alright."
"But, she refused and there would be a reason for that...
"And, you'll find out at the end."
...
"So, that evening, her temp started to spike.:
"So, I cool her down with some wet cold clothes as she instructed."
"That was about 9 p.m."
...
"For the next few hours, we sat on the couch watching TV."
"At 1 a.m. after Saturday Night Live was over, I asked her if she wanted and needed help to get to the bathroom?"
"She said no and then I decided to do the 'Three Fingers Test."
"Which she passed."
"So, then I decided to go into the bedroom To sleep."
"It also had been a long and stressful day for me...

"At 4:00 a.m. I heard a strange noise which woke me up?"
"It was her collapsing and taking in a death breath which scared the living s*** out of me!"
"I immediately called...
"9-11 and went to her assistance."
Note: When a person does that...
(Takes in the deep breath)
"It's the Mind and Brains reaction to the oncoming Heart-Attack!"
"Also, it's the bodies reaction that there's going to be a lack of oxygen to the brain."
"So, as a result, the deep breath which is being taken, may possibly be the last breath taken...
"If that person doesn't survive."
"In this case I did not know what I was doing?"
"I did not know how to perform any kind of resuscitation?:
"So, I grabbed her from behind and lifted her."
"And, I must have shocked her back?"
"So, I laid her against the bed and then she came to."

"She asked me what the fuc* had happened?"
"What happened?"
"You almost the FUC* DIED!"

"At that point the police unit that was dispatched arrived."
"Concerned but of very, little, use...
"I waited until two paramedics came."
"They did their necessary tests and everything checked out quite normal?"
"Which I will call...
"At this point...
"The Calm Before the Storm?"
"And yes, they took her to the hospital which was less than a half mile from my house."

"I immediately contacted the closest daughter Kyle Erin and told her exactly what just happened and to get over to the hospital as quickly as possible!"

"During that time, I gathered up Carolyn's clothes."
"I dressed and within less than half an hour... "I was over there and Kyle Erin was in tears?"
...
"Standing against the Emergency Room Doors...
"She was crying hysterically!"
"I asked would happen?"
"And, she replied...
"It's Mommy!:
"She's dead!"
...
"That was November 26th, 2003 and to this very day...
"It still haunts me."

"You see, that was only eight months after the desth of our only Son Jason."
"And, she had apparantly suffered a second Heart-Attack due to a D.V.T. which is 'Deep Vernacular Thrombisis," or the blood clot from the leg to the brain or in her case...
"To the Heart."
"And yes, to this very day, it still...
